We will introduce a workplace scenario that would need both mediation and accountability processes for the employees that are involved. Participants will either be assigned a mock staff role or a role in holding the process, depending on their interest and experience. Roles determined at the first planning/set-up meeting will be consistent for the three-part series that follows through April.
March 27, 5-830pm: Accountability World Building: Getting Ready, Getting Clear, Staying Safe, Working together and Keeping on Track
April 10, 5-830pm: Mapping Allies and Barriers, Goal Setting, Supporting Survivors, Harm Statements
April 17, 5-830pm: Taking Accountability
April 24th, 5-830pm: Closing a Process and Mediation and Reflection Strategies for Others Impacted
