Help us end violence in our community by volunteering at Middle Way House. You can make a difference by volunteering as little as an hour and a half a week and numerous opportunities exist at our Bloomington locations and our outreach offices in Greene, Martin and Owen counties. We rely heavily on committed volunteers to achieve positive results.
All potential volunteers must participate in one of our eight-hour volunteer training sessions held on various Saturdays or Mondays throughout the year. There is NO pre-registration required for the training; however, you should complete this volunteer application and bring it with you to the training. It may be filled in during the hour lunch break also.We typically offer training sessions in January, April, June, September and December.
Our next volunteer training session is scheduled for Saturday April 14th, 2018 from 9am -5pm.
There will be a one hour break for lunch (12:00-1:00). Participants may bring a lunch or go out to eat.
Future dates for 2018 are June 9th, September 8th, September 15th, and December 1st. Check back as we will post future dates and locations.
