Plant Brothers Excavating and Construction

Plant Brothers Excavating and Construction Company is a women-owned business located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Plant Brothers traditionally gives back to local organizations within Vigo county, but have decided to sponsor a tree sweater for Middle Way House this year because the agency’s Director of Development, Madeline Plant, is a close family member and explained how our sponsorship will be directly impacting the lives of survivors. We are so excited to see all of the tree sweaters around Bloomington and are honored to be a part of this project. We are humbled to be able to support such an amazing agency that provides meaningful alternatives for people experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.

Middle Way House Board of Directors
"Throughout the year, the board of Middle Way House keeps apprised of the tremendous volunteer efforts going on behind the scenes to make this art project come alive each October. We witness with joy as this special community effort embraces those who have endured pain in silence. Therefore, it is a privilege for us to sponsor a tree sweater as a tangible token of our own support for survivors. We hope everyone who contemplates these works of art realizes the loving care behind each stitch and each hour dedicated to demonstrating support for those who need to feel we are here for them in their time of need." – Kathleen Sideli, President, Middle Way House Board of Directors
