Please join us as we celebrate the ceremonial naming of a portion of S. Washington Street (between Second and Third Streets) in honor of the legacy and visionary leadership of Toby Strout, our former executive director of thirty years. We will mark this special occasion with a fun, free, community celebration on March 8th from 5-6 PM in front of our New Wings Building located at
338 S. Washington Street.
