Thursday October 21, 2010
Great Hall, First United Methodist Church
219 East Fourth Street, Bloomington

Guest Speaker: Miss Indiana Gabrielle Reed

“After watching my mother go through an abusive relationship, I soon noticed how the abuse I witnessed in my home was influencing my own dating relationships. I found myself justifying verbal and emotional abuse even though I knew it was wrong. This experience showed me how quickly anyone can fall into an abusive relationship, but more importantly the tremendous need for youth prevention programs.”
